Chococado Pudding

Chococado Pudding

4 Avocados

3/4 C water

1 C honey

1 C cacao powder

1 tsp carob (optional)

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 lemon – juiced

In a blender combine honey, water, cacao, carob, vanilla and lemon.  Mix well.  Add avocados and blend until creamy, adding more water if necessary.  Chill for 45 minutes and enjoy!
