Sprouted Quinoa Tabouli

1 C sprouted quinoa

2 tomatoes – small dice

1 large cucumber – small dice

1 small red onion – small dice

1 TBSP ginger – minced

1/2 bunch nana/mint – chopped

1/2 bunch parsley – chopped

1/2 bunch cilantro – chopped

1/2 lemon – juiced

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 30 minutes. To feeling alive!
