Raw Breads and Crackers!

Sometimes when eating raw food I find myself craving bread or crackers.

Have no fear!  There are many tasty breads and crackers to be enjoyed when living a raw food diet!

Remember, if you dehydrate these recipes for 6-8 hours they will be softer and more bread like.  If you dehydrate them all through the night they will be crunchier.

Most breads can hold for 4-7 days in an airtight container stored in the refrigerator.

Crackers can be stored in an airtight container and will stay fresh for 2 weeks.
