Healthy Banana Bread

2 very ripe bananas

3/4 C almond milk

1/4 C raw honey

1/2 C coconut flour

1 C whole wheat pastry flour

1 1/2 tsp egg replacer

1 tbsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Spray an 8 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, almond milk, honey and egg replacer.  Mash the bananas well.  Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.  Mix all ingredients together and pour mixture into loaf pan.  Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown delicious.  Enjoy!
