Cleansing Vegetable Chia Soup

3 carrots – large dice

1 yellow onion – large dice

3 stalks celery – large dice

1/2 C broccoli

1/2 C cauliflower

3 cloves garlic – minced

1 TBSP ginger – minced

1/4 C chia seeds

1 red hot chili pepper – minced (remove the seeds for less spice)

2 bay leaves – to be removed when ready to eat

water – enough to cover all vegetables, plus a little

Put all ingredients in a small cooking pot. Bring water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes. To feeling alive!
