Zucchini crackers

1 large zucchini
1 small white onion
1/2 C sunflower seeds
3/4 C ground flax seeds
1/2 C water
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

Place all ingredients (except for sunflower seeds) into a high speed blender. Once smooth, add to a bowl and mix in the sunflower seeds. Spoon mixture onto a dehydrator tray and flatten out to make small pancakes. Dehydrate at 40 degrees C or 115 degrees F for 9 hours, flip and dehydrate an additional 4 hours or until dry.
