I wanted to send out a quick message stating that I am not a doctor. I know this might seem a bit obvious, but in my post yesterday I recommended drinking 3-4 quarts of water a day. This may seem like too much, so I would advise you to consult a doctor if you have questions regarding your water intake. If you feel you are drinking too much water, then stop drinking. 🙂
Listen to your body, and you will be a-okay!
