I was craving a delicious omega-3 filled meal. So, I threw this together. SO simple, only 4 ingredients+the fruit of your choice!
1 C chia seeds
2 C almond milk (or any alternative milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Stir the ingredients well so the chia seeds do not clump together. Stir multiple times over the next 20 minutes to prevent clumping. Add your fruits of choice. I chose persimmons, strawberries, and bananas.
