Rawtatoullie – a simple recipe. For you.

Dressing

  • 1 C sundried tomatoes – soaked and rinsed
  • 3/4 C water
  • 1/4 C nama shoyu
  • ¼ C currants – soaked
  • ¼ C raisins – soaked
  • 1 C basil
  • 1 TBSP garlic

Rawtatoullie

  • 2 zucchini – small dice
  • 2 bell peppers – small dice
  • 1 small red onion – small dice
  • 2 large carrots – small dice
  • 2 stalks celery – small dice
  • 2 portabella mushrooms – small dic
  • 2 ears corn – off the cob
  • 1 C basil – chiffonade
  • 1 C sunflower seeds
  • 1 C raisins

For the dressing: combine all ingredients in blender.  Put all rawtatoullie ingredients in a large bowl.  Massage dressing into mixture.  Chill and enjoy!
